Want to learn more about meditation?

During this 8-week program, participants will learn how to use formal meditation practices to:
  • Learn how to anchor the breath
  • Strengthen mind-body connection and explore visualization practices
  • Relax your mind and body
  • Soften into the present moment and lower anxiety
  • Connect with like-minded folks in a safe-space.
This program utilizes Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other interventions.

Registration is required as there is a capacity limit. This group requires access to an internet connected device (desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone) and pre-registration is required.
