Mindfulness-Resilience Series

Hybrid Group: In-Person and Virtual 

Use mindfulness to make yourself stronger and take care of your mind and body.
Join this 8-week program to boost your positivity, regulate emotions and foster self-compassion.
  • Learn how to keep perspective through mindfulness-based practice
  • Enhance your coping strategies and welcome change
  • Connect with like-minded folks in a safe-space
This program utilizes Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other interventions.

This group is held virtually over zoom and in person at the Centre at the same time. The facilitator will be conducting the group over zoom and we will set-up a room to view the zoom meeting at the Centre. Registration is required as there is a capacity limit for the in-person group.
Masks are optional at the Centre. Please help keep everyone healthy, do not attend an in-person group program if you have a cough, fever or cold symptoms. Wear a mask if you have a persistent cough or if you feel more comfortable doing so.
